Refund Policy

At Hawkeye Digital Creators, we aim for customer satisfaction but also have a fair refund policy to protect both parties.


 

1. General Policy

  • No refunds are provided once a project has started, especially for digital marketing, web design, or development services.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only before the actual work begins.
  • Once design, code, ads, or optimization work has started, the payment is considered non-refundable.

 

2. Conditions for Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to initiate the project due to internal issues
  • If the client cancels within 24 hours of payment and no work has started
  • If the client prepaid for a service that becomes unavailable

 

3. Client Cancellations

If the client delays or cancels the project mid-way:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Any remaining payment for delivered work is still due

 

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction, clients are expected to contact us first with detailed concerns. We will investigate and resolve the issue fairly. Refunds will not be processed due to subjective reasons such as “I don’t like the design” or “I changed my mind.”


 

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
